the staff was friendly. the room was clean and the bed was very comfy. the vibe of the place was nice too!

lovely room great bar area
the room was lovely. the bar area was great. i booked my spa treatments in advance and that was good because some people were trying to book upon arrival and were told that it was full (i felt very lucky!).
The receptionist on arrival was frosty. i was told i had to pay extra for time in the spa. Her attitude made me reluctant to book a session.

cooked breakfast friendly staff
the food was excellent in the dining area. breakfast was very well cooked also. i liked the staff. they are really helpful and friendly. plus, the location its very good.

staff demonstrate good manners on arrival, around the hotel, also when leaving. personnel at the front desk were friendly. the staff assisted quickly and efficiently with requests.

the beer garden looked well-kept. the hotel include spa facilities. the carpark is large. it takes only a short walk to reach the town centre from this location.

the room had good space. it was not super busy in the room. the hotel provide decent water pressure for a good shower. the king room offers disability access.

i ordered the full breakfast and it was excellent. the dining room provide excellent food. the hotel restaurant offer pancakes that taste warm at best.
